A: No, you don’t. We will ease you into the discipline of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training and the initial exercises. Regardless of your fitness level, once you begin training, you’ll start to get in shape and feel immediate, positive results. Getting started in our classes is the best way to start losing weight. As you continue training, the ability to maintain your ideal weight will be much easier.
A: We have students ranging in age from 4 to 64 training in our classes. Regardless of your age, the training will make you feel awesome and empowered. It’s an excellent way to improve your overall health and fitness, not to mention the benefit of learning how to protect yourself.
A: Not at all! You’ll find our classes to be fun, exciting and rewarding. Our instructors will guide you through our step-by-step curriculum of belt levels, train you in mastering the techniques, and help you achieve your goals.

Like many Americans, I have struggled with weight issues my entire life. As we all know, sometimes there are underlying issues that contribute to obesity and an unhealthy lifestyle that need to be addressed. As part of my journey in the path towards wellness, I decided to research some gyms in my local area. After my research, I decided to contact Inferno in Marlboro. I spoke to a gentlemen named George Tampa. From my very first conversation with George, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I knew this was the place for me! Training here was probably one of the best decisions of my life! Been coming here for almost 2 years and I am very glad I found this place. The coaches are friendly and amazing teachers and the team members all help each other out to become better at the sport like one big family. I walked into Inferno 6 years ago and was welcomed with open arms. Training there became a routine and quickly became a home. This gym is more than a gym, it’s a place where everyone truly cares about helping each other and seeing each other succeed. I walked in that place about almost 2 years ago, it was my first time on a mat and I barely spoke English at that time, coach Steve was very patient explaining me basic Muay Thai stuff and I had no doubt about signing up. Felt a good energy since day one. After that I jumped into classes and all of my teammates were always helpful and friendly. I’m grateful to be a part of this team! 💪

Inferno is a great gym with great coaches, great people and tons of classes! Regardless if you are new ( like me) or have been training for a while, the coaches will spend time with you during class to properly instruct you on what you should be working on. This has helped me learn without hurting myself, like I have done at previous kickboxing classes in the past. I highly recommend checking Inferno out.
