Our Class Programs

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
No matter how experienced you are, there’s always more room to perfect your form and master the art of Jiu jitsu . This class will help you grasp the techniques of self defense and competition.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Our Muay Thai Kickboxing class is designed to be dynamic and hyper-focused to improve your form, inner strength and confidence. Whether you’re looking to get a great workout or to be a competitor, our classes are designed for all!
Kids Martial Arts
Our Future Legends Program (Ages 6-12) focuses on self defense and confidence building strategies by teaching Jiu Jitsu and Striking techniques. Our program is 5 days a week which allows your child to still participate in other sports and activities and still attend our program to gain benefits in exercise, discipline and self defense!
